Staff Auditors

Lindsey + Associates is looking to hire staff auditors with 0 to 3 years of experience. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. As a member of our audit staff you will be conducting financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. You will also be performing agreed-upon procedures, internal control reviews, and consulting engagements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, with assistance, audit plans

Execute audit plans

Prepare comprehensive electronic workpapers to document and support work performed

Communicate audit findings to team members and client management

Assist with drafting reports, financial statements and footnotes

Develop recommendations based on audit findings to enhance and improve operations

Develop and deliver clear concise reports, emails and memos

Establish and maintain on-going interactions with clients



Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Prerequisite requirements to sit for CPA exam or

Plan to obtain prerequisite requirements to sit for CPA exam

0 to 3 years of accounting or auditing experience

Outstanding oral and written communications

Superb analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Good Excel skills

Strong time management skills

Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
